Established in 1995 in Pleasanton, California, CJM ASI provides HOA management, bookkeeping, and consulting services to Homeowner’s Associations throughout Northern California. Our team of trained and certified professionals is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to all of our clients. CJM Association Services, Inc. brings to your community over 50 years of experience working with both the developer and management side of the industry. We will assist your Board in making viable Association rules and procedures, while helping to ensure these policies are within the scope of the Association’s Governing Documents, as well as the California Civil Code.  Our mission statement is very simple: “We Care.” We take a proactive approach to customer service and are very proud of our reputation with our customers and within the industry.  We invite you to look through our website to learn more about us. What we do

MANAGEMENT
We help with day-to-day operations, Board meetings, and annual meetings. We provide live customer service representatives to assist with maintenance issues, and regularly inspect your community to pro-actively identify problems.
FINANCIAL AND BOOKKEEPING
We handle all Association receivables and payables while the Association Board members retain all signature authority. We prepare financial reports and the annual budget, as required by law.
CONSULTING
CJM managers bring to you over 50 years of professional experience and are available for consultation services when needed.
